I am not sure about the guy above/below but as a Sammy's customer for over 3 years I can assure you Sammy's substitutes items, My wife, daughter and I picked up breakfast there today and I don't do sausage, so I subbed it for bacon at no charge. I think they only charge if you ask for fresh heart or something crazy they might have to run out of the restaurant for, otherwise I've had no issues and seeing almost a full restaurant this morning, I think the others had no issue too..



Sammy's is the place you want to go for great food, low cost and fast service, The owner is always the one that greets you and takes your order and if you come back more then twice ordering the same thing since you know people are of habit, the owner asks you if you wanted the same thing again for this round. Who does that any more?
