This is the friendliest post office. The staff is always helpful and goes the extra step! Great service!

Our neighbor has a dog, there was a problem with the dog one day. Since that time we have nothing but problems with our mail carrier. Twice we have not received our mail. Today 7/26 is one of them. The first time it happened my husband called the PO and was told they thought we were on vacation. Why would you keep our mail if we were on vacation if we didn't put a stop on our mail. The person my husband spoke to called our postman and was told we only had one piece of mail. That piece of mail may have been a very important piece. My husband called today and got no satisfaction. There were 4 houses that didn't receive mail. Our neighbor have been in compliance with restraining his dog as requested. When our postman was off duty, the substitute delivered mail to all of our houses even though the dog house and the neighbor across the street have now had to get PO boxes as they were told it was to easy for them. We want this matter to be cleared asap. We are tired of not receiving our mail.
