Horrible customer service from staff. Every time me or my pregnant wife would call and always be put on hold immediately multiple times we would get hung up on and when ask why we're put in hold for so long or hunged up they would always say they are busy. Asked to talked to the manger and they transfer me to Gloria and I asked her if she was the manager and she said Lizzette is manager talked to Lizzette then she said Marina was the manger then finally talked to Marina and she said Lizzette was the manger. Worst customer service from the receptions. Every times me or my pregnant wife would ask question they would get botherand give us a short answer. Horrible customer service from staff!
