After buying an auto insurance quote at this place, which assured i would pay $67 monthly, 15 days later i received the actual quote documents with the amount of $115. Needless to say i had to go to another agent for a cheaper quote but when it came to find who was responsible for the misleading information, neither Bob's insurance nor the insurance company took any responsability and the only one at lost was me.

I went to this office because my family has been using them for a while now. They were nice in the beginning, very courteous, gave me a quote, and charged my card for what they said was the down payment on an annual policy. Then I get a call that my paperwork was done wrong and that I only paid for a 6 month policy. I get the policy in the mail and it turns out they overcharged me by $400.00. I call them and the owner says that there's nothing he can do as he has my signature, so basically, I'm screwed. What kind of customer service is that? Don't go to these people, they can care less about their customers. They are only shooting themselves in the leg as eventually they'll lose all their customers.
