I walked in to CertiCare to look for a car for my daughter. I wanted something reliable and great safety ratings. as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with warm smiles. Fara the receptionist introduced me to Hector who is such a great salesman he took his time to explain the pros and cons of several cars, to make sure i made the rite decision. Hector was able to get me into a 2014 Honda Crv and my daughter absolutely loves it. Hector then Introduced me to June who is the finance manager. June was able to sit with us and show us several finance options to see which plan would work best for us. Overall it was a great experience, and the car buying process went smoothly.

After a lengthy time spent shopping for the perfect car, I ended up at Certi-care pre-owned of Huntington. Everywhere I went there was always a story from added fee's to pressured salesmen trying to force me to buy a vehicle right when I walk on the lot. As I walked in a young gentlemen named Sean began to show me around the lot and show me the wide selection of Honda's for sale. After a few test drives I found the perfect car. I chose a 2013 Honda Civic (u42841) for a great price and no added fees. June (the finance manager) made the rest of the process very simple and I drove off with my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fast and positive experience.

My name is Keith I went to Certicare looking for a inexpensive vehicle. I met a real gentleman Earl McNeil. He was very patient, understanding and caring to my needs. I told him were I wanted to be and he never tried to push me in a direction that was comfortable. He asked me a lot of questions as to what my needs are and only wanted to provide me with information that fit those needs. We must have test drove 5 cars not once did he seem to be annoyed. We finally found a very nice clean 2008 Mercury Sable. I went to Huntington Certi -Care based on the recommendation of a friend, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My personal Sales rep Mr. Earl McNeil was awesome. Worst experience ever! William Audette screwed me! Read contract carefully! Packed almost $3000 in extras and then lied about it! Also watch DOC for $75. Claimed it was mandatory DMV fees!

Financing manager named June is a liar! He sent my info to numerous banks and stated I got approved for a 5.0% interest rate by a certain bank I was interested in. I signed all my paperwork and got my loan with a 4.5% interest rate from a bank June suggested. I have a buddy from the bank I was interested in and found out I was actually approved for 1.95% and not 5.0%. Stay away from him, he's very slick.
