Dear Sirs:



Please be advised that as per my telephone message of this date, it is with regret that I cancel my contract with you. I expect a full refund of my pre-payment in the amount of $257.05.



I don't know what happened with you, but I am very disappointed. Last year when you put in my lawn I was very satisfied. Satisfied to the extent that I pre-paid your contract for all your services, and requesting your other optional treatments as well. In addition I asked for some small areas to be reseeded, and I agreed to your excessive price of $90.00. This was all done prior to your first treatment.



On April 1, 2010 the first treatment for "WEED CONTROL" was done. I asked the workers when the reseeding would be done, and I was told within a week. This did not happen. When I called to find out when this was going to be done, I left a message, but you never called back. The next time I called (about a week later) I added to the message that I was getting weeds. Still no call back. I called you several times. On each call I wanted to know when you would be reseeding, and advised you of the weeds that I had, that I wasn't suppose to get, since you did "WEED CONTROL" Never an answer.



Finally on Thursday April 29, I left another message, asking that you get back to me by Monday May 3 (yesterday), or I would assume that you didn't want my business. Well you didn't get back to me. I don't know the reason why you don't want my business and you left me no choice but to seek another service.



I ask for a full refund, because your first treatment for "WEED CONTROL' did not control any weeds.
