They came promptly as promised. They gave me a time of between 12:30-2:30PM. They were at my house at 12:35. It took them about an hour to install a new shower door. They were neat and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We had a new bathroom installed. When they came to install the door they chipped all of the new marble pencil molding. The installer didn't tell us and even glued a piece back on. We called customer service to complain and they sent the same guy back who told us he always breaks marble molding when he installs. His only solution was to caulk over the problem. He then started to yell at my wife when she said that was unacceptable. We had to throw him out of the house. Calling their customer disservice only yielded a comment that it's in very small print on their agreement that when they damage tiles they are not responsible and they rudely told us they wouldn't do a thing.

If you want a lousy installation, poor customer service and damaged tiles, this is the place for you. If not, do yourself a favor and go ANY PLACE ELSE!
