Provided by YP.comI did the same set an appointment about a month ago I ran a 50k this weekend took the day off from work to get a massage. I live 60 mins. from this location. My appointment was for 11:00 AM.someone called me on my cell about 10:00 am and asked me if I requested a person to do my massage. I told her no I do not care who does it I have never been to this place of business before. I said OK I will see you at 11am. It was a little strange so at 10:45 the same girl called and said she had an ermergency with her kid and could not make it. I told her fine set me up with someone else since I'm already here an hour away from my home and took the day off to get a relaxing massage. So then I'm sitting in parking lot of this business that looks more like a accounting office. The owner calls me a is speaking very loud going on and on about have I never had an emergency and would not even let me speak she said can't I find somthing to do in the Farmington Hills area while they try and figure this out. I said OK since I was way over there so I went to a mall that I was scared in Northland Mall so left then went to CVS waiting to hear from her she does not call me back. I call her she said she is still working on it I did give up called Groupon and received credit back. Called another massage place because I really needed it! I was able to get an appointment. What a day!
As far as I know that lady is still working on it! I have to give this place a star to post this otherwise I would give it -3stars

Provided by YP.comI purchased a Groupon for a Facial and a Massage through 'A Touch of Grace'. I called every day for a week and was never able to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. The voice mail message said to call back after the holiday (Memorial Day) which it was already 3 days past. Since I was not able to reach anyone on the phone I found an email address and emailed asking to make an appointment. The person that replied was not professional or particularly helpful but after emailing back and forth a couple of times I was able to schedule an appointment.
The office is very difficult to find and I had to call and have someone come outside in order to find which building the office was located in. There is no sign easily visible from Woodward or even the parking lot.
Once inside 'A Touch of Grace' I was not impressed at all. The office is old, stale smelling, not clean and does not feel anything like a spa. The women who had answered the phone, come outside to help me find the office and checked me in was also the person who did my facial and massage. She was the only person in the entire office the entire time I was there.
I received a 'Sonic Facial' which was fine. I have never had a facial before so I did not really have anything to compare to. It was not something that I would pay to do again, especially at this establishment.
I also got a massage. I get a massage at a different establishment every other week so I can say that this massage was a total waste of time and money. She basically lightly rubbed oil on my back, arms and legs. The face cradle of the massage table was just a gross old pillow with a towel over it and the blanket over the sheets was dirty like it is not laundered between clients. I literally did not want to move or touch anything.
My appointment was at noon. The facial was supposed to be 45 minutes and the massage was supposed to be 45 minutes, we started late because I couldn't find the place and the services were done at 1:20 so neither service was actually 45 minutes.
Bottom line: I didn't like anything about this place, I would never go back and I would never recommend anyone I know go there for any service.
