I placed an out of state order online for a funeral arrangement. While doing so I made a mistake on the delivery time. I called first thing Monday morning. I don't know who I spoke to.. I explained the issue and I was assured that the flowers would be there on time. Thank you so much for help and for making sure the flowers were there! I was told that not only did they get there on time but that they were gorgeous! You went above and beyond! I cannot thank you enough!

I called Archer's Flowers for a delivery to my MIL for her birthday. I spoke to Scott, who was very helpful and accommodating! Since I was calling from out of state, I just trusted his suggestions, and was very happy they could help me out on short notice. My mother in law loved the bouquet that they delivered! I really appreciated the personal touch and excellent customer service, plus the flowers were beautiful.

I called this company to order flowers for my father. I live in a different state from him and I wanted to order them over the phone. Both ladies that I spoke with were very friendly and helpful with the ordering process. My dad did receive his flowers the same day that I ordered them and he really loved them. I would definatey give this florist my return business!
