Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors were wonderful. I was treated with dignity and respect from the moment I walked through the doors. All my questions were answered, Everyone took the time to explain all the procedures and equipment and any follow up information needed. The facility is clean, neat and looks to be in excellent repair. I had a bit of a wait to see the surgeon, but it was short and most of that time was taken up with paperwork, so it went by quickly. The prescriptions I needed afterwards were called in promptly. I even received a follow up call a couple of hours later the same day to check on me.

Cleanliness and quality of treatment by medical staff was very good. However, BEWARE the finance side of the team! First they told us they were a preferred provider for our insurance when in fact, they were not. We would not have used them had we known that in time to schedule someone else, but they waited until the day before the surgery to tell us this. There was no time before the end of the benefit year to get an alternative provider. So, we decided to stay with them. Then they said they needed 1/3 of the money up front, but when we got there for the surgery, they required more than 1/3. Then, they won't bill you for the balance. Oh No. They want post dated checks instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone for those reasons. I calculate they cost me about $700 more than I would have had to pay for the same services from a preferred provider and I wouldn't have had to do the claim myself and fight with them about financing. My rating? Terrible Terrible Terrible.
