We had flames stitched into the seat for our motorcycle. The flames didn't mirror each other were different than the scetch he did and worse they were different COLORS. We decided to have the seat put back to original condition, which was almost original. They charged us $59.00 for "materials and to pay his people"! I would not recommend them for covering a toilet seat. Sorry but that was unjust to charge us for their unmatched non quality of workmanship!!!!!!

I had many things done and they gave me 3 weeks for it to be done on my car. I had a convertible window put in, new carpet, new visors and ceiling cloth, and all my seats upholstered. I paid a few thousand for this to happen, and let me tell you the upholstery job on the seats were terrible for the driver and passenger, total crap, most people who see them comment on how bad of a job they were. Today I went to get rid of their job of their *famous upholstery* and put in some nice upholstery in the seats and found out that they cut the hoses to my lumbar air tubes, I thought my plugs were just corroded but no, they cut the tubes so doing the upholstery will be easy for them.I just found out that the carpet, also, all they did was put a thin layer of carpet over my damaged carpet. I never received new visors or top cloth. I spent all that money for what looks like a less than half arse job with very cheap material. They are terrible at customer care. I will say however the convertible top window, they did a fantastic job on that. So if you need your convertible top changed or the back window in, they will do a good job. I will rate them a 1 because they spent 5 weeks on such a terrible job with one good outcome, but for the price, it wasn't worth it at all. BTW this was 2 years ago if you are the manager reading this.
