I would say that this place is very unprofessional. They gave advise against the parents wishes even though they knew the history. As far as paperwork it has taken me months to get some paperwork to get my child enrolled in school. They know that this paperwork is preventing my child from getting enrolled but they still insist in taking their time in processing the paperwork. As a parent of a patient I should be able to obtain my child's files but prestera insists that he release his own information whis is absurd since he is not of the age of concent. I have had nothing but problems with the professionalism of this company and do not recommend their services if presented with a choice. My child's welfare is my business and prestera should work with the parents and not against them. If you choose to work with this establishment good luck and god speed.
