Provided by YPmobileI use to live in this area 15 yrs ago and had an account with fpfcu for years and loved them. I left the area and spent 15 yrs banking with 53rd. And I hated them. So i was happy when I moved back about banking with fpfcu again. But after a year I can say with confidence they are worse then 53rd. They stole the $15 I left with them 15 yrs ago saying dormant accounts are forfeited. They very aggressively charge nsf and overdraft fees with no discretion for waiving those fees even if the customer is not at fault. But worst of all the manager is blatantly rude and unprofessional. PNC is looking pretty good now
