In over 40 years of driving, this is singularly the worst service department of a dealership I've ever experienced. Tomorrow, my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been at the dealership for a week will be towed to Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Ashland, Kentucky, so that the warranty work necessary to get it back on the road can be done. In a couple of phone calls with Superior, I can already tell that it is so much more competent, courteous, and professional. My advice is to avoid this dealership.

This dealership is beyond shady. False advertising and can't get a straight answer out of anyone. A perfect example of why car dealers have such a bad reputation. Would give 0 stars if I could. Please take your business somewhere else. Goldy will waste your time!

My husband and I was out there Sunday before you closed and looked at a Jeep, well the money you offered for my car wasn't what I'd trade for so we left.... On Monday I noticed you checked our credit? Why if I had already left?? Will now go another place to buy my cars thanks
