One older woman working, another younger girl popped in and out. The woman tried to discourage me from buying anything. Check doesn't work,no cards. I flashed a ten and she grudgingly pushed off from the counter and started my order. I wanted four shots of espresso and foam but no milk. She commented that she would have to move her coffee so as not to put mine in by mistake. After the first two shots I asked for the cup to put my sugar in. She refused. Made the other two shots and handed me a cup 2/3s full of coffee. What? Now I think she really did pour my espresso in her coffee. I explained again that I just wanted her to scoop the foam out with a spoon, and then I watched her POUR steamed milk in and hand it to me with NO foam. While I explained AGAIN that I had just wanted foam and there was literally none in my cappuccino she said the machine was broken. I told her she should have told me before making the coffee. She offered it to me for free. No thanks.

Seriously, if you want to sell coffee, couple of things you should do; 1. Hire people who WANT to make coffee. 2. Train them how to make it. 3. Invest in some functioning equipment.

Overpriced, but you expect that with designer coffee drinks. our drinks tasted great, but the place smelled like cigarette smoke, we had to wait for service even though we were literally the only customers, waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, then we were.informed the only take cash.
