For nearly a year, I had ear aches, Eustachian tube pain, sore throats, fevers, & chest congestion. I went to 9 doctors in FL & WV & received 27 medications. I’ve waited 4 months to see Dr. Mohammed Al-Ourani. I needed a Cat-scan & explained that a camper fell on me, & it took hours to wiggle free. Since then, I have been claustrophobic. Since my shoulders are wide, they touch each side of a Cat-scan, & I’m forced to hold my hands at my waist and pull my shoulders in to fit the scan. I requested something to calm me, & Dr. Al-Ourani agreed. However, the medication wasn’t at the pharmacy last week. I called again and again today, & finally discovered that Dr. Al-Ourani decided that I didn’t need the medication. Evidently, he was absent the day when they covered claustrophobia. His unconcern & lack of knowledge has led to me to not receive treatment that I’ve been waiting for several months. Think twice before wasting your time with Al-Ourani! Ed Clevenger 863-651-2145
