This shop has made an already painful process even more miserable. Our car was hit in the Walmart parking lot, and the estimate called for about 12 hours worth of work. After dropping the car off and then not hearing anything for a week, I called to get an update on a Friday. I was told it would be ready on the Monday or Tuesday of the following week. By Wednesday, I still hadn't heard anything. Calling again, I was told it would be ready on Friday. By now my insurance was hounding me to get the car back so I could return the rental car. Speaking to the shop again, I was told it would be ready the next Friday (after the rental car was supposed to be returned). On that Friday, the shop actually called me for the first time and said the car was ready about 3 o'clock. I said I would be in shortly to pick it up, then he paused and said, "Give us until 5 o'clock." I picked up the car just as they're putting the last piece of glass back in, and went on my way. I got about 20 feet up atop the parking garage and the check engine light came on and the car was beeping at me. I took it back and was told that the battery was probably low after sitting in the lot for almost a month and that it would self resolve over the weekend. So I drove home with an unsettled feeling in my car beeping at me and then found out that the door would not close all the way so I drove home with a nun settle feeling in my car beeping at me and then found out that the door would not close all the way and the lock was stuck. I took it back in the following Monday instead of the lobby for 2 hours will try to figure out what was wrong. I am never coming back here again.
