If you are from NY/NJ or anywhere with good bagels this bagel will not meet your standards. However, for the area it's pretty okay. The scallion bacon bagel is my poison of choice-the spread is some of the best that I've ever tasted. Even though I am not a fan of their french toast, most of my friends swear by it so I'll venture to say that it's probably decent. My problem with this place is that it has lackluster customer service--they are slow and inefficient-- and on top of that, everything is overpriced. I am willing to pay a lot of money for a bagel and good spread, however, for the processed and sugar filled coffee, overpriced but good sandwiches and dry pastries, I am not. My advice to you is if you're going to pay for it, get your coffee elsewhere and reserve this place for bagel purchases only. And be kind to yourself- pay with cash it minimizes the chances of horrible customer service experiences. Other than that, pretty clean and the workers, when not preoccupied, are nice.
