Karen is not the manager of this store and has never been. In 11/06, she was the assistant manager. She does not get personal phone calls. Anytime that she is on the phone, she is talking with the manager. She will call to have her do something for her pertaining to her job. As for the three employees at that time, only one of them is still employed there. Karen had nothing to do with them leaving the store.

As a customer, the manager of this store does not do her job to her full ability. Her name is Karen, today I was standing in line and she went to the office for a personal phone call. Stu an employee there was trying his best to keep up with the customers. This happens almost every time I come in the store ,when it gets busy she goes outside and smokes a cigarette or gets on the phone. The other employee's have to tollerate the abuse because she is friends with the district manager. This is not right ,Laura, Stu, and Donnie are good people who accually run the store while their manager sit's on her bum. Please do something before you lose very good and loyal employee's.
