time on website isn't right. they close at 12. we rushed down there at 12:30 and got there 5 minutes before 12:45 and they were already closed and the sign said they closed at 12.

they also constantly send packages back because they can't comprehend that there are two apartment units where we live. they see the top one empty and assume no one lives here period and then send our things back. we've also had packages sent from their post office to the one on the west side of huntington for no reason at all.

never pick up our mail. i had a money order for $500 sitting in the mailbox for 3 days before realizing they didn't pick it up.

Hope my service gets better ppl should just do their job

They don't pick up packages for us, they lose packages I ship, they open envelopes and take checks and money, they never answer the phone, and the website doesn't work right. They also don't train employees on services offered. I hate dealing with the post office but you have to so they can do what they want.

Always great service here.
