We are new to the area and went to Lord Calvert Bowl for something to do. The alley is offering school age kids to bowl 1 game free with a free pair of shoes everyday during the summer. Each game thereafter is $2.00. I don't know if you have been in a bowling alley of late, but this is not what I remember a bowling alley being. REALLY great food! It is definitely worth a visit.

Great Center but it does not provide enough discounts for a family, my center where I grew up has mid-day bowling from 12-5pm $1.50 a game

I absolutely love the Lord Calvert Bowling Center. It's a family owned business and they support local charities which is great in itself but they also have the best center around. The machines never break and they are really inexpensive and always running specials and have coupons. I am on a league and I feel so appreciated by the staff I really could not ask for more. The food is great they have a huge menu with all sorts of things you just can't get anywhere else. The bar is always running drink specials and is one of the last places you can still get a well made affordable drink from an experienced bartender. A great place to meet new people and have a good time with friends.
