They have reviews on yahoo and dex, apparently done by people who work there, that don't even bother to change the review at all but just post the same review to each one and apply different names. How much of a selection can they have with a store that is smaller than most fast food places. Maybe one day they will stop praising themselves for the poor work they do.

well bought a weed wacker at H Depot unfortunately at the time I did not know about c and l rentals. cheap piece of China plastic did not last me more than 2 months. had a warranty and I didn't even bother getting it replaced if you can avoid it dont buy at a big chain box store. a friend told me about a great family owned rental and service shop on Kiley drive by the Huntley village or right down the street from the library on ruth. figured I'd give them a try. went in really nice people. thea sold me a stihl weed wacker and let me tell you stihl really knows how to make good equipment. got it for a great price too. they even service it for me too so when I got home it was all ready to be used an it works wonders. so thank you candl for a outstanding job will definitely be coming back to you in the near future.

ive been to like 10 rental and service shops brought my chainsaw to like five different shops cost me like $80 each place and within two weeks to a month it would break and with very light use. brought it to c & l they charged me $50 and I've had it for more than a year without one problem. it's kind of sad when the kid who fixed my chainsaw looked like he was less than 30 years old fixed it in less than a day and I've yet to have one problem with it. and then I bring it to two other places with two guys who have at least 20 years of experience and had it for more than a week each and they could not fix the problem. even know they have WAY bigger customers than me who spend a lot more than me they still treat me like I'm their biggest customer and I'm very pleased to come in there whenever I need help. and as for their rentals let me just say that my family reunion would have sucked if it wasn't for c & l. their popcorn machine cotton candy machine and Princess funhouse were just a lifesaver. now that I know about them I will be recommending them to all my friends and family and just anybody I meet thanks c&l

You guys are GREAT! Not only do you have a wide selection, but your items are in great condition! Your professional and trustworthy staff made the whole experience a delight. The items we rented were a huge help in making my daughter's party a great success. I will definitely use you again for an upcoming party in the Fall.

I am very glad I chose this company for not only to service my equipment but to also rent party equipment as well. The owner and staff goes way out of there way to help you and get you what your looking for quick, efficent, and at a very fair price. They have clean, properly maintained equipment and i will be returning here for any sales,service or party rentals from here on out. Thanks C&L for taking care of your customers

Not a good company at all. They are lazy and the owner cannot seem to do anything but sit and yell. Not a comfortable place to be in. You can find better prices and a friendly atmosphere at other companies. Look elsewhere.
