An order was placed for my 2017 Ford Explorer last week, received it today, and the customer service was top notch from start to finish. Joe, the salesman who sold us the vehicle was thorough with his "tutorial" of showing us all the features on the vehicle. Very satisfied and will buy all future vehicles from the. Cheryl Cleveland

WARNING: They sold me a 2012 truck with 26.000 miles on it in Dec 2016 and I've already had to put $1000 into it and at I have to spend at least another $1000 just to make it safe to drive. The truck sat for so long prior to me buying it that vital parts have rusted and no longer work correctly, like brakes. . My mechanic could not even get the back wheels off to check the brakes because they're so rusted. It needs a new power steering pump and who knows what other issues I'll have. I contacted the dealer to try to work something out and all they want to do is sell me a new truck and are unwilling to return my money or at least part of it. I paid $32,000 and offered to sell it back to them for $25,000 and they refused. I am looking into what I can do legally and I will definitely be filing complaints and reviews everywhere I can.

Fast, friendly service. Enjoyed using the free WiFi in the customer waiting area while the tech was working on my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that he even washed the exterior of my car before returning it to me!

We just yesterday purchased a 2015 Ford Escape Tiitanium. Just went to the showroom in Huntley to look, but with great help from Chris Hish, Roger Svab, and Bob Dupuis, we found the car we wanted and came home with it the same day!! They were all helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable!

Christopher Hish is the BEST salesman I have worked with in years! Go buy a car from him. He went the "extra mile" to find me the perfect car! Bob Dupuis in Financing worked very hard for a great financing deal for me as well!

2014 Ford Escape Titanium - I went to the dealership to see how much room there was in the vehicle. Apparently, there was enough room for me to come home with it that same day.

Recently had my vehicle in for service. Tom Peck did a fantastic job and lent me a loaner car too, so I could still get all my errands done. Service department was friendly and very courteous.

Tom Peck Ford in Huntley was my first stop when going car shopping for the first time. I was NOT expecting to buy a car that day, only to "start looking". My salesman Chris H. spent a lot of time with me getting to know my needs vs. wants and how they compared to what I could realistically afford. We test drove a few cars and went to a few other dealerships to compare cars. Needless to say, I was not treated very well by other salesmen and was bullied into making decisions I was not ready to make. Even before we got home I was continuously harassed via phone by the other dealerships. We immediately went back to Tom Peck and bought the Fusion Hybrid I absolutely had fallen in love with that day. They made my payments affordable for a teachers salary and I was able to get the car that I could not only just afford, but the one I love and truly wanted. Thanks Chris and everyone at Tom Peck Ford! You've literally changed my life for the better :).

From purchasing a car to getting my oil changed, tom peck ford goes above and beyond! Great friendly service that are willing to work with you on whatever it is you're looking for. After having purchased my new vehicle there recently, I decided to take it back for an oil change. Fast service, and they even checked the rest of my fluids, my tires and washed my car for me!! Couldn't be more pleased!
