My experience was very plesurable with 1st family Mortgage Company. Jon Bloomingburg and Phillip Groves are a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and courteous. All my concerns and questions were answered and resolved in a timely manner. Most of my paperwork was submitted through docusign which helped me alot. I didnt have to make several trips from Arab to Huntsville. I would rate my experience as excellent.

we started off wanting to pay off two credit cards but after talking to John Bloomberg he showed us we could save alot more than we thought.
