I had an I phone to lock up called the store a lady talked me through what to do and was very nice and knowledgeable . I appreciate being able to speak to someone who could help me right then. Thank you. Also I’m getting text that I’ve won a iPad Pro to only pay $1.00 by credit card before it will be delivered Is this real? I would love to have it but afraid to put my c/c out there for $1:00

The worst service ever, can't talk to anyone about my iPhone, no one ever answered the phone stayed on the phone forever.,not good business.

They don't want to help you.

At this Apple location my service was horrible, there was no way to speak to an actual associate instead of a computer system, and there is no way to make an appointment. I am very disgusted with this specific Apple store.
