I was a resident in this apartment, when I was abruptly job relocated to Georgia. This required me to break my lease a fee of $275, on top of paying my monthly rent. I have been relocated for 1 month. They are still not finished cleaning the apartment & will take at least another 30 days to paint it. They stated that they will not prioritize re rental of my apartment over any other. When I call for updates they state that they are not allowed to let me know if the apt is re-rented & proceed to hang up on me. I pay monthly rent on this apartment that they are not trying to re-rent (which is required under the Alabama law) , nor updating me on the apartment. I was given a second number to call which does not answer for me, but when I call from another line they do. I even offered to pay 2 months rent, on top of the break lease fee in the very beginning. This company is very money hungry & does not understand customer service. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
