Love love love! From the warm ambiance, the mouth-watering food, great wine, super service ... You just can't beat this place - anytime and all occasions. Highly recommended.

Using Carrabba's for our Rehearsal Dinner was a huge mistake. THEY screwed up our reservation. We reserved their outdoor room months in advance, giving them a credit card number so that they would reserve the entire room for our party exclusively. When we arrived, they were still seating people in our private party area. We spoke to the manager that evening (Nigel) asking him to stop seating people in our room. He continued to seat people in our area, explaining that Carrabba's hadn't run the aforementioned credit card, so there was no downpayment for the entire room. This is obviously Carrabba's fault and this manager should have taken steps to rectify the situation. Instead he was unacceptably rude to my family and friends.



If that weren't enough, the service was unbelievably slow - we were ordering from a set menu and still were not served for two hours. Our drinks were not refilled for the first two hours we were seated as well. We had to ask them to bring out the cakes we'd dropped off earlier, which were supposed to be displayed on our arrival.



I wouldn't recommend coming here on a normal night - the service is slow, the food is only so-so, you'd have better luck at Macaroni Grill or the Olive Garden for the same price. But NEVER use them for special events. They lack the managerial experience and professionalism to handle it.

Try the filet. Wow.

It is to my mind one of the best chain options around. It beats pretty much any locally owned places for service and interesting product. 5 stars is reserved for those amazing places I remember in New York and Boston where you swore one of the Sopranos was holding court at the back table. Way more edgy seasoning, and I mean it in a good way. Olive Garden is boring and timid by comparison. It is about as passionate Italian as you will get from a chain.

Good italian food, good service, great location. I have eaten here twice and want to go back. Located at Parkway Place Mall on the upper level makes for a good evening of eating and shopping. Gives you a chance to walk off the pasta. Wonderful!
