I challenge anyone to find a locally owned shop with better customer service and products than Cuevas Customs. I have bought several SETS of tires and rims for over 5 years from this company for a variety of cars(from mercedes s-class, bmw, and several gm vehicles. Always taken care of and treated professionally. I have witnessed non- professional customers come in and still be treated the same great service (something I could not do nor tolerate). This business is one of the many gems in Huntsville that we should frequent if you need aftermarket wheels and tires. I would hate to see them go and have to go back to ordering out of books or getting price gouged like we used to back in the early 90's. If there is a conflict me and the owner have always been able to work it out. It has to be something to thos place ME to have been going there for over 5 years. I hope to do business with this company for many years to come!

Sales service was excellent upon purchase and Ray is very knowledgable BUT they do not stand behind their product nor care about the customer after they receive payment ! My initial investement of tires and rims were costy only to have "VALVE STEMS" malfunction in a years time which I was informed was "bcause I take my vehicle threw the car wash"... I was told from a "MORE REPUTABLY COMPANY" that they where CHEAP valve stems and they should not decay the way they did in that short of time ! Cuevas customs told me that it will cost $20 a tire for replacement valve stems ..."LOL" I have previously purchased tires that where mounted and balanced from Walmart and came with a lifetime warranty as long as I owned my vehicle and never had a single issue and better customer appreciation ! BTW , I took that same vehicle threw the same car wash for years ! I highly recomend going elsewhere after the lack of customer support in trying to find a resolution to the situation from this establishment ..."VERY DISSAPOINTED" !... I work too hard for my money to be treated like an idiot over the phone by the female customer service rep who was rude from the time she answred ! I feel sorry for the people at the shop that have to put up with her daily ...

If you're going to deal with Cuevas Customs, be sure to have a lot of patience, don't expect them to follow through on promises, and BE SURE you inspect your vehicle AND your merchandise BEFORE you leave their lot. These people don't care about their customers, only the money. They'll sell you defective merchandise, give you the run around about fixing it AND pull a gun out on you if you disagree with what they say. Don't spend your money where you aren't respected. These people DO NOT do right by their customers.
