If I could give this review zero stars I would! A complete waste of time and money. VERY unprofessional staff the facility was extremely dirty and unsantized. I was over charged for services that I did not even ask for and was refused a refund! I don't ever plan on doing business with them again try tresseme (sp) instead better customer service they take their time performing their services and actually know what their doing unlike day spa. Day spa in reality is your local nail shop with a back room for facials and massages .

the waiting area was sad, there was a nail drying station that took up the entire seating area. i had to sit with my side against the wall while i waited for my facial. when i was escorted back and lead to my cubicle (room was very small) i tried to be optimistic. facial was ok, but my biggest grip was that there was NO music! how can you be a spa with no soothing music to listen to as you're being pampered?! also, during the facial there was no steam used, which was unfortunate. this facility needs to rethink a few things to spruce up its atmosphere. i will not be back...i knew i should have gone to terrame.
