I have been calling their billing department for 6 plus months; they billed my insurance incorrectly so it was denied, I have called his front office staff and had them send emails requesting information on my account or to have the billing department call me but the office and I never received responses. I finally got through to them this morning after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes and they said they had already sent my account to collections and that there was nothing they could do to fix it and that I should just pay the bill. WHen I said that was bullshit, they could send a letter or an email stating that they had made a mistake Valery threatened to hang up on me because she didn't like swear words. You guys are messing with my ability to take care of my family, who wouldn't swear about that!?
