This is the worst Goodwill store I have EVER been in. The merchandise is a bunch of way over priced trash! Broken, chipped and dirty stuff. I will NEVER go back to this one again. The staff is friendly but the merchandise is awful! Ths stuff for sale in there needs to be gone thru and the garbage thrown away. It got a 1 start from me only because it made me give some kind of star in order to post this. It would have a - 10 stars if I could.

I left Athens Goodwills 50% off sale on August 30th, drove to Huntsville, which is at least 2 hours from my home in Tennessee, and was told there was no sale. The young man working handed my a cell phone and told me that the Vice President was on the line. The "Vice President" said there was no sale that day. I was also told the manager wasn't in, after we had already seen her in the store.

I just called the Goodwill store on Whitesburg Drive, asking if they pick up donations. Wednesday, November 20 at 10:20 am. I asked the woman that answered the phone if Goodwill picked up donations. She said no and promptly hung up. Wow. I am sure she is a volunteer, however, perhaps a "thank you", or "thank you for calling" would have been nice rather than hearing her hang up the phone in my ear? Will not be calling them again. Will call another charity to see if they can pick up this nice mattress set.

Great store wonderful prices for children clothing,shoes and school supplies . New items can be found here.Nice and clean.
