Have been doing business here for years! ALWAYS professional and courteous and the friendliest of people there.

I needed a few details about some jewelry I was planning to sell on my own and spoke with the person who "supposed" does the appraisals. She was extremely rude, condescending and acted as if it was beneath her to speak to me. When I asked questions, in order to understand what she was telling me about the jewelry, she said in an arrogant tone, "usually you have to pay to have those questions answered." Grogan's will not receive a cent of my money and I will caution anyone interested in jewelry or good customer service to go to Kay's Jewelers where I did receive answers to my questions.

You may spend a little more money at this store, but you are going to get more than a piece of jewelery. I purchased an engagement ring from this store after going to 23 different jewelers in three different states. I got great service during the purchasing process, a great deal on the diamond, and amazing follow up service. This company has paid to ship this ring back to Alabama from no matter where I have been in the country for inspections and adjustments; they immediately turn it around, not going without the ring for more than 48 hours. After looking at a dozen more stores in another state for wedding bands, I bought both of them here (I cannot believe I looked anywhere else). You are not just another customer here. You may pay a little more money, but you are going to get a lifetime of excellent customer service to back it up.

I recently went to Grogans to look for an engagement ring, Once I arrived, the staff was friendly, and helpful. After looking at the rings I was shocked at how high the prices were! I purchased the same ring at another local store for half the price. He really has his items priced up to be in that location! I advise anyone looking to price around for there items.
