I Love This Store and The People There! Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Helpful. They Have Fixed Several Of My Rings/Necklaces And Did A Fantastic Job And The Price Was Just As Fantastic!

This place is a joke. I took my watch there to get fixed because the bracelet style link broke on it & as soon as i wore it the next time it broke again (same place). they fixed it again (no charge) & then the other side of the watch broke- i took it back to them & they did the same repair on it & as soon as i got it out of the envelope it was broken again (same place). & the first time they charged me $30 & the second time they charged $20 (two different guys pricing it)- they just pull something out that they feel like charging you & don't have set prices. very unprofessional & poor quality of service.

Went to get my Invicta watch repaired. they were very professional and courteous. would definitely come back!! 12/01/12
