The staff is not professionally trained as stated on the website. I have seen staff yell at kids with their back turned to the kids and on their cell phone. I have seen staff when picking up my child on their cell phones and not paying attention to what the kids are doing. The number of children to teacher ratio is to big. I have seen where a teacher has 18 kids in the space that is made for 12 children. During the summer months older school age children are put in the classroom with the 5 year olds instead of a separate class. The teachers are not allowed to talk with parents about their child or how their child is doing in the class. I was told by a teacher they are not allowed to talk to parents that the person at the front desk has to talk with the parent about any issues with the child. The owner's are not around and they have let good teachers go.
