Bought my 2016 Jeep brand new and have really enjoyed the service department's professionalism whenever I bring my Jeep in. It is serviced quickly, properly and clean when I need anything done. If I need to leave it at the dealership they provide transportation to my home and back. The drivers are extra nice to all the customers.

I also got an awesome pricing deal on it.

HORRIBLE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THEY CALLED DEMANDING MORE MONEY AFTER THE DEAL CLOSED

Go elsewhere. Buyers beware. Just as the last guy said, they also suckered me into driving 1-1/2 hours to test drive the jeep that was still listed online. When I arrived me and the sales man rode around for 30 mins looking for it. He then called the other dealership down the road thinking it may have been transferred over there. Turns out they did not have it, but couldn't confirm its sale. Instead they let me drive a tuned down jeep with less additions for the same price. After hours. Of arguing with the sales manager about my dissatisfaction they final agreed to the price i wanted to pay. Now that I am a jeep owner I love being one, but today I delivered my new wrangler for its first oil change. Since I live so far a way and Saturday is my only off day I called to check to be sure that they would be able to do it. The service lady assured me that the oil change wouldn't be a problem if I arrived.prior to 4pm, I arrived a 3:20. The young boy scheduling the shop told me that they may not get to it today. I am now waiting in the waiting area hoping they will get to it. Very poor customer service, and on top of every thing the salesman who promised to be there after the sale to find me a lift kit, didn't even remember and has done nothing the last 3 months for me. I will not be doing business here in the future! I f the first change wasn't free I wouldn't be here today. Just finished the change no next service sticker nor did they reset the CPU.

I communicated with this deale...

I communicated with this dealership for a week about a particular incoming car they had listed online. I even submitted an offer to buy the car at the listed price. They called me "as soon as the car touched down", and we made an appointment for me to come test drive it and buy it. I took a day off of work and drove 2.5 hours for this appointment. As soon as I stepped out onto the lot they said, "Oh we sold that car, but we've got several others you can look at." They then tried to get me to look at vehicles thousands of dollars higher than the one they had guaranteed me. They also said that they had tried to call me all morning, but I am 100% certain that was a lie; I received two calls during the drive there, and neither of them were from Landers McLarty. I obviously left this dealership. They should be ashamed of the lies they told me and the way they conduct business. I didn't even get an apology from these people. I wonder if they ever even had the car to begin with. They seem like dirty scoundrels. I recommend for everyone to avoid this dealership at all cost.

I brang my car here to get an oil change and I ended up fixing more but only because one of the service guys informed me that my car was leaking fluid. First Im like ok here we go!! But one of there tech took me back and showed me what was going on Not only did they fix the problem they gave me a price break. They even gave me some coupons to get free lunch up the street at burger king.

Beware but you may get a good deal

My wife bought a Dodge Journey here and she really got a nice reduction on the sale vehicle. However, we noticed some incompetence in their customer relations during and after the sale. We asked that a few additions be installed on the vehicle and they promised delivery of the new vehicle within three days. We came in to pick up the car but discovered that it was not ready. The salesman who promised that to us was not even avaiable at the dealership when we got there. And we have not seen him since. We were told to come back in another three or four days to finally pick up the car. My wife was so irritated with the runaround that she told the General Manager that she wanted to cancel the sale. The General Manager said that was not possible. So, we finally took delivery on the vehicle and, since then, we are very leary about any promises that dealership personnel make. We did not think that this was reflective of a so-called "Four Star" dealer.
