They lied to me about the condition of the car. They added $50 to the price we'd agreed to. They charged me hundreds of dollars for a "delivery fee," but they didn't do anything to earn that money. They are sneaky, deceptive, and unapologetic. I wrote the sales manager to complain, and I haven't heard back even though I wrote him five days ago. That speaks volumes about their dedication to customer service. Their motto says they believe in credibility, integrity, and transparency. Well, they might believe in it, but they don't practice it. They deserve ZERO STARS, but this website says I have to give them a rating of some kind.
