I would have been a new patient. Trying to get an earlier appointment they left me on hold for 45 min. Then I called them back and was on hold for 8 min.then they hung up. That tells me that you're not asking any questions you're just sitting and answering the phone and putting people on hold just because you close at 12pm. DISRESPECTFUL,UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY!! I will not be seeing this doctor!!!!!!!

I would not recommend her. Her staff and lab practices are questionable. She discontinued one of my prescriptions on a false positive. Don't bother making an appointment there. You could wait for two hours or more before being called to the back room, where you could wait another hour. Dr. Scruggs needs help. Another doctor would be nice, and less incompetent so-called healthcare workers. And she needs to quit doing her own lab work.

love the staff they make you feel welcome the dr is awesome she listen and make sure she find out what the problem is i would tell my friends and family about Dr. Scruggs
