I was very impressed with the politness and promptness of the personnel at this store. I don't know what the young man's title was at the desk, but he kept me informed through out the entire time of my visit with the status of my car. My son has used this business for several years now and he has also been very pleases with all aspects of their service. We will both continue to patronize this establishment for as long as they are here.

Do not waste your time with this one. Manager is very disorganized as is his business. I ordered tires on a saturday. After spending 1200.00 on alignment, brakes, rotors and such. Was told tires would be in Tuesday at the latest. They were to come from Birmingham. Went in Tuesday, told maybe wednesday. Called wednesday afternoon. They were expecting anytime. Two hours later, received a call that they were in. 15 minutes later received another call saying they had the wrong ones and wouldn't have the correct ones until the next monday. I was not going through that again.!! Totally unprofessional
