I had an amazing experience here, the service was fast and at a great price.

I left my car, went shopping and to lunch. They had it about an hour and a half. I specifically asked them to clean the gunk from under the trunk lid and hood. They did not. It really looked they rushed through. Streaky wax job, rims were still filthy, bugs still on bumper, missed cleaning around antenna, interior was just as disappointing. Not even a good wipe down or vacumn. For 50 plus tip, it's a rip off. Lee's does a better job for half the price. This is not a detail. This is an expensive crappy wash. I called to rectify the situation, Tiffany was unattentive, yelling at people in the background while I'm talking, hurt my ears, yelling into the phone, rude and extremely unprofessional.
