I signed up for their services. Then decided I couldn't afford it once I went over my budget. Per their contract, I promptly emailed & called requesting a refund. It took a month to receive the release statement I had to sign. It has been nine months & still no refund, no assistance from the local office, NOTHING. Tried to contact the main office & they gave me an extention that repeatedly goes to voicemail. No call has ever been returned & no one has ever answered at that 800# again.
