Shotty craftsmanship. I'll never buy another trailer from them. Poor paint job and holes in the welding.

**UPDATE** 3/23/16 I took 1 trip in my trailer and realized all tires were dry rotted. Tread was good, but they were all cracking on the sides. I've only taken it an additional 373 miles since I purchased it. Now after spending thousands of dollars, I have to replace the 4 tires on the ground as well as the spare. I text them about another matter with no response. End update **Customer service started off great. Upon pickup, there was a snafu that they worked very hard on fixing (and it was really no fault of their own). An agreement was made regarding the snafu and they kept their word for that agreement. The trailer appears to be well built, howeverI noticed minor rust in a few spots very soon after I received it. Im not sure if that is normal or not. I called Rogers and the owner told me exactly what to do to fix it and encouraged me to call if I were to have any addl problems.

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a five is for a small hiccup in communication after the fact.
