Dr. Shaista Qureshi is the Founding Program Director for the Crestwood Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program. She practices both Inpatient and Outpatient Medicine, and sees all ages, all sexes and all socioeconomic statuses. Dr. Qureshi is Board Certified in Family Medicine and subspecialized in Women's health and Obstetrics. Dr. Qureshi is residency trained in Family Medicine from Columbia University, residency trained in Psychiatry from New York Medical College and Fellowship trained in OB/GYN and advanced Women's health from University of Texas. She speaks Pashto (Native Afghani), Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Farsi, Latin, Spanish and passable Arabic. Dr. Qureshi is a dedicated teacher and has been teaching Medical Students and residents since the last 22 years and continues to serve her community with her continuity of care services.
