A fantastic fresh and crispy salad with all my favorite fresh fruits and topped with warm jerk beef...what more could a person want on a hot summer evening? Only some bread, crackers, or breadsticks would have made this a 5-star meal. I built my own salad from a huge menu of options. The lettuce was crisp, melon and pineapple was fresh, the raspberries perfect, and the blueberries were big and sweet. A sprinkle of pinenuts finished the plate. Delicious!
