My husband is a thru and thru true Cajun by birth and by the grace of god since he moved away and met me and married me I had to learn to cook the Cajun way and his mom who was French Cajun was an excellent teacher!!!! We moved hear about three years again and this is the closest thing to true Cajun food there is!!!!!!!! The ONLY THING I WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THEY DO NOT HAVE A DELIVERY SERVICE OR ARE TEAMED UP WITH ONE!!!!! I was just diiawith B-cell Lymphoma and y’all would’ve been ordered by us every weekend or at least every other week end!!!!!!!! Plz team up with one of these delivery services you will make a woman with cancer extremely happy and my husband can get some good ole Cajun cooking we love u guys❣️❣️❣️🙏🏻❣️🙏🏻🙏🏻

An honest. Mom and pop. Cajun grill. A recommendation though is to study the menu. It's easy to come up with your own sandwich concoction.

hmmmm....not sure yet...

I am not sure yet what to make of this place. I am originally from Louisiana, born and raised, so I am somewhat critical of places who boast authentic Cajun cooking when I've grown up around it and ate it on a daily basis. I went for lunch, and crowd was thick so I assumed I was in for a treat. I grabbed a shrimp po-boy and while I can't say it was the best I've ever had or nearly close, it was sufficient to curve the craving I had. There was a good amount of shrimp on it, my only complaint was it wasn't seasoned well. I am a sucker for bread pudding so when I saw it on the desert menu, I asked for one to go. What a huge mistake and waste of money!! When I warmed it at home, per instructions of my waitress, I was so disappointed. It tasted like bread with raw egg and cinnamon. It was slimy tasting and had absolutely no flavor but yuck. I immediately threw it in the trash. My regret here was not ordering it there so I could voice my distaste and send it back to the kitchen so I could get my money back!! As I'm reminiscing on the experience, I realize I'm being to generous with my previous rating of three stars... bread pudding alone brought it down to two. Will I go back? Not sure at this point... I feel like I should give them one more chance...ambiance alone at the restaurant was nice. But I won't be taking anything back home!!!
