The lady(the owner) who did my nails was not listening to what I was saying I wanted, instead would do what she thought I said. She picked the wrong Color, its SNS so I obviously didn't notice till she put it on when I noticed it she proceeded to argue with me that that's what I picked, so I had her bring the pile of nails again and she realised she was wrong.Before that I told her the shape I wanted(square) but I ended up getting duck feet nails and I complained and she proceeds to argue with me like that was square, gets rude and gives me an attitude. Worst place I've ever been too, I don't care whether you don't know what you're doing, all you gotta do is listen to your freaking customer. I don't recommend anyone ever going here again.

I have never had such a cheap looking manicure in my life! My nails are uneven, the polish looks terrible and the acrylic was put on incorrectly. I was so disappointed that I spent $60 to get pampered and I had to make an appointment for a different nail shop for the day after I got this done. DO NOT waste your money.

Yen is very sweet. I went for a pedicure at lunch and it was fine. I will go back when I have time to enjoy!

The best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Yen (owners name) was very nice and helpful. There is no doubt that customer satisfaction is their #1 goal.

Don't go. The owner is very rude. She doesn't take her time. She doesn't do good customer service. If you don't like the outcome she gets annoyed with the paying customer.

got a $33 manicure with the Shellac (supposed to last longer) on saturday. by wednesday the polish was peeling off! not happy at all.

Visiting from out of town and Yen Yen was very nice, helpful, and I highly recommend her if you are in the Huntsville Alabama area. I had a french mani/pedi and love it.
