As far as the yard it has been great. Only issue is when I signed up I signed up for the whole yard and every time I have something done like aerating my yard, you only did the front even after I made sure with the sales rep on the phone. Had same issue when I first started. Not real happy with communication from sales rep to person doing the work.

When we first started with TruGreen we had the worst yard on the block. Now we have the greenest and best lawn.

TruGreen has been a great company to work with. Very professional and organized. They do what they say they will do, and they do it when they say. It's hard to get better than that. The service is reasonably costed and in my opinion.the staff has exceeding my expectations.

That the service gets done between the times they say they are going to be there. The app is wonderful and lets you know when the guy is headed to your home. Also, with one treatment I haven’t seen any of the horrible crabgrass that I keep getting citations for with my hoa. So the product that they use actually works.

My tree and scrub tech is top notch. He helped my trees green more in one than they grown in three years.

I have been impressed with the difference TruGreen has made on my lawn in one year. The technicians have been very friendly and have been very professional in answering questions and addressing concerns. I am looking forward to how my yard will look through this second year of TruGreen applications and service.
