Worst customer service ever! Verizon should hire people with knowledge of their offers. I'm a huge fan of Verizon, have been a customer for years.. but when I tried to bring a friend in the Arab, AL facility to check out the deals and switch to Verizon, the guy (Nate was on his name tag) basically told me I was a liar when I told him the deal I got online for my iPhone and said there was no way that I got that deal (and I wasn't even the one trying to buy a phone!)Verizon also has Droids online for $190 cheaper than what he was trying to sell it to my friend for.. DO NOT go to a store for info!! Go online.. It's bad when the customer knows more about the product than the person who's selling it!!
