Vise Jason Piano Tuning

I hired Jason Vise to move a mini grand piano and to tune it. They never showed up to pick up the piano. I rescheduled pick up of the piano for the following week.



On the day the piano was picked up they told me they would pick it up between 4:00-4:30pm. They weren't there until close to 7pm...

On the day I was scheduled to tune they did not show up for the tuning, or call about missing it. I tried to reach them but only got their voicemail.



When Jason came out later he did do a good job tuning my piano. I decided to talk to him directly to make sure he understood what had happened and why I was dissatisfied with their services (Since I normally only spoke to the receptionist I did not know if he was aware of what had happened). At first he seemed confused that I was disappointed, then when I explained why he shrugged and said "Well we all have good weeks and bad weeks. Today alone I have 15 pianos to tune". He seemed completely unapologetic!
