My garage door opener quit working late on a Friday afternoon. I called Wilson Garage Door Company of Huntsville at 7:30 am the following Saturday morning and Jacob the technician arrived promptly by 9:00 am. Jacob was able to diagnose the problem and fix the garage good opener back to its smooth operation. Jacob also took the extra time to do needed maintenance and to oil all the parts for the garage door opener. Jacob was very professional and courteous and had my garage door opener working in perfect condition my 10:00 am.

Gary was on time, very professional and completed a garage door opener removal and install in about one hour. He was all business, but was easy to talk to and had outstanding manners. He walked us thru how the opener is supposed to work. He was neat, cleaned up after the install and took the old opener away with him. I was very impressed with Gary and his work ethic.. He provided excellent service and I would not hesitate to use Wilson Garage Door Company again. Nice work!!!

Great work, great service, until he started talking about having to work with "the queers" and "the blacks," at which point I went inside and let my husband stay out with him. I was highly offended, and told him so before he left. He apologized, and as he seemed like a very nice guy, I don't doubt that he didn't mean to offend. But you don't go to someone's home and start talking like that, not unless you know them, and know that they feel the same way. Great work, but just will not have this particular employee back in the future, should his services be needed again
