Unprofessional & bad attitude at least from the person I saw, IMO. Debated with my Doctor in the beginning about what supplies and who I should I be getting them through, wanting to change it to Buckeye basically(supplies were set up through another provider at first). I was called at 8-9am and ask why didn't I use them the day I was to first get supplies by delivery at 2pm which my Doctor set it all up. They didn't have certain supplies at times over the two year I went there though I called in a week early and one-two days before to be sure they had what I needed before setting up a supply pick each time. Failed to pre-authorize my yearly supplies for June 7th, at least a full week in advance after the previous year's supplies authorize expiration date had already expired, which wasn't supposed to be the case and an issue, but their job to do. Gave my insurance's customer service attitude as well though I didn't have them call Buckeye, it was protocol. I was recommended afterward to file a formal complaint and change provider, though Buckeye was not to informed of that. My insurance expedited authorization, two days later Buckeye denied my supplies stating the prescription was outdated though before the authorization issue/cs call I was told to come in, then five minutes later they called back and told it wasn't authorized, their job! They just had told me the week before everything was in the computer and correct for this year. It's all been a major inconvenience and a headache for me. I highly DO NOT recommend their service.
